Payment is completed through the secure checkout on our Shopify store.

Currency and order total

Prices and order totals are normally displayed in United States dollars unless checkout shows another currency. The final amount, including applicable shipping charges and taxes, is shown before payment is confirmed.

Payment methods

We accept the payment methods displayed as available at checkout. Availability may vary by country, device, order value, and payment provider.

Payment security

Checkout is provided through Shopify and applicable payment providers using encrypted connections. Payments may be subject to authorisation, fraud prevention, address verification, and security checks.

We do not normally receive or store complete payment card numbers. Do not send card numbers or security codes by email or telephone.

Billing

We do not currently sell subscription or automatically renewing products. Each purchase is a one-time charge for the amount shown at checkout.

A bank, card issuer, wallet, or payment provider may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees. These external charges are not controlled by Solviro Life.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for eligibility and processing information.
