These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of solvirolife.com and purchases from Solviro Life. The store is operated by ALDERMINT LIMITED.
1. Products
We aim to display product descriptions, images, prices, specifications, and availability accurately. Minor differences may result from screen settings, measurement methods, manufacturing updates, or product packaging. Customers should review all product information, compatibility information, instructions, and warnings before purchase and use.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order acknowledgement confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily confirm acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch because of unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, a restricted delivery destination, product safety concerns, or an inability to verify payment or delivery information. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
3. Prices and payment
Prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and the final order total are displayed before payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers over an encrypted checkout connection. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the billing information provided is accurate.
4. Promotions and claims
Promotions apply only during the period and under the conditions displayed on the store. Product claims, discounts, availability messages, ratings, and reviews must reflect the information shown on the relevant product or promotion page.

Store content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and videos, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Third-party services
Our store uses Shopify and may use third-party payment, fulfilment, delivery, analytics, advertising, and customer support services. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices.
10. Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that result from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not remove mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence.
